Couples Counseling

Couples counseling provides a place to understand what is driving conflict in your relationship and why the same problems keep resurfacing. I help couples communicate more honestly, take responsibility for their own responses, and seek God’s wisdom as they work toward greater understanding, healing, and unity.

Family Counseling

Family counseling can help when relationships become strained by conflict, changing roles, blended-family dynamics, or co-parenting challenges. I help family members communicate more clearly, understand one another’s perspectives, and work toward healthier relationships with greater honesty, responsibility, and grace.

Premarital Counseling and Marriage Enrichment

I offer premarital counseling and marriage enrichment utilizing the SYMBIS curriculum — Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts. As a certified SYMBIS facilitator, I guide couples through the research-based assessment to better understand their personalities, expectations, strengths, and issues that may benefit from deeper conversation. It is a practical tool for engaged couples preparing for marriage and for married couples seeking greater insight into the dynamics of their relationship.
